How the Membership Process Works

You should read the membership page before beginning the membership process. 

Choose which category of membership you wish to apply for.

On this page, begin the online process by selecting your category below. 

The NEXT page asks you to provide an email address, then some personal particulars.  

When you have completed the online information and submitted your application, you will be required to attend a members club night. 

If an automated invoice arrives for you, ignore it (internal processing errors sometimes occur).  If you application is approved, a complete and accurate invoice will be sent to you.

Once your application as been approved you will be required to pay your membership fees - EFTPOS facilities are available.

When the payment is received, your membership will be activated, and you will be given a password to log on to our branch system - Wild Apricot. 

Once you log in, all the resources of the web site will be available to you - at present you can only view the public pages.

You have three months within which to attend a membership interview evening.  If you fail to attend an interview within 3 months, your application will be withdrawn.  You may re-apply for membership in the future.
